T.REX FOOT

Button 1 - This massive foot belongs to a Tyrannosaurus Rex, a fearsome predator that walked on two powerful legs. Although scientists once theorized that T-Rex’s massive legs and feet made it run faster than a horse, scientists now believe that T-Rex had a top speed of just over 12mph - the same speed as a squirrel. However, Tyrannosaurus Rex couldn’t move that fast all the time - a new theory suggests that T-Rex normally moved at 3 - 5 miles per hour when scavenging for food, which is about the same speed as a modern day elephant.
